Free delivery nationwide on orders of ৳2,500 or more — applied automatically at checkout.
Inside Dhaka: ৳70 — delivered in 1–2 days.
Outside Dhaka: ৳130 via Pathao Courier or Steadfast — delivered in 2–4 days.
In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Made-to-order pieces add 2–3 days of printing and finishing time.
Tracking information is shared once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchange Policy
7-day easy returns for manufacturing defects or transit damage — we will replace the item.
Return or exchange requests must be sent within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video, via WhatsApp (+880 1795-988211) with your order number.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement or exchange is arranged at no extra cost.
Custom orders are non-refundable once the design is approved.
